Kilcarbery Grange is a major residential development located in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The scheme is being delivered as a joint venture between Adwood Ltd and South Dublin County Council and, when complete, will provide in excess of 1,100 new homes.

Designed by award-winning architects BKD, Kilcarbery Grange comprises a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom houses, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and duplex units. The development places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, with all homes achieving A-rated performance, and features high-quality design, well-proportioned layouts and consistent specification throughout.

The wider scheme has been planned as a new residential community, incorporating landscaped open spaces and supporting amenities. Its location adjacent to Corkagh Park and close proximity to major road networks, public transport links and employment centres makes Kilcarbery Grange a significant addition to South Dublin’s housing stock.

PKOB Duties

PKOB provided cost consultancy services from initial concept design through to final completion of the project. Throughout the construction phase, PKOB issued regular cost update reports and liaised with the design team, providing value engineering proposals for the various houses, duplex units and apartments within the development.
